ArtsLink’s 2025 Coffeehouse Series will kick off Tuesday, July 15, with Shortline Junction. The free 6:30pm concert, sponsored by First Mutual Bank, will be held on the performance deck at the Francis Creative Arts Center at the corner of Maple Avenue and Washington Street in downtown New Martinsville.  Ben Tharp, senior member of the band, has been performing music since 1964. The band historically has included Harry Midcap on the five-string banjo, Ben Tharp on the flattop guitar and singing the lead vocals, George Daniels on the upright bass and tenor vocals, and Dustin Terpinning playing the mandolin. Light refreshments will be served and don’t forget a lawn chair. In case of foul weather, the concert will be moved indoors.
