ArtsLink’s 2023 Coffeehouse Series will kick off on Thursday, July 20, with Rick Tincher, Jessica Schoonover, and the Birch River Band. The free 6:30pm concert, sponsored by First Mutual Bank, will be held on the performance deck at the Francis Creative Arts Center at the corner of Maple Avenue and Washington Street in downtown New Martinsville.  Jessica has been playing music and singing since she was 4 years old. In addition to singing, she also plays fiddle, mandolin, and guitar. Tincher has won state banjo contests in Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland, as well as the Mid-Atlantic Banjo Championship. He sings and plays steel guitar, electric guitar, and acoustic guitar in the band. Light refreshments will be served and don’t forget a lawn chair.
