ArtsLink, the arts council of Wetzel and Tyler counties, will kick off its 23rd year with the Annual Membership meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday, January 8, at the Francis Creative Arts Center, located at the corner of Maple Avenue and Washington Street. The public is cordiallly invited and light refreshments will be served.
